Coniston Capital Appoints Investment Partner

Coniston Capital is delighted to announce the appointment of Miral Patel as Investment Partner.

Miral brings over fifteen years of M&A and PE experience to the role. She joins from Literacy Capital, where she spent seven years as Investment Director leading investments in the UK small cap market.

Miral’s recruitment comes off the back of a busy six months for Coniston, which saw FMC acquire Xcelerator Dental and secure a £4m growth capital round from a consortium including industry leader, Barry LanesmanEquity Networks acquire M2, and MWA secure a £7.5m growth funding facility from FDC to support acquisition plans.
