Coniston-backed Equity Networks has acquired Create IT as part of its ongoing Buy & Build strategy.
Create IT is an IT Managed Service Provider based in Newbury, Berkshire. They are Equity Networks’ seventh acquisition and the second since partnering with Coniston, following the acquisition of Trust Networks in May 2024.
Create IT provides managed IT support and managed cloud services, while maintaining a focus on cyber security for its customers. The acquisition adds to Equity Networks as it looks to scale through acquisition whilst ensuring it delivers excellent customer service.

Coniston invested in Equity Networks in March 2024 and is working alongside the team to build the acquisition pipeline.
