Coniston portfolio company, FMC, the UK’s leading dental communications company, has acquired Apolline, the respected compliance solutions provider. This will enable FMC to offer a complete compliance support service for dental practices and their teams.

The transaction was led at Coniston by Alfred Chambers. FMC and Coniston were advised by Browne Jacobson (Mike Jackson, Matt Dorman, and Sonia Bains) and Finerva (Rowena Wattrus and Fiona Cross).
Coniston backed the MBO of FMC in September 2023.
