Coniston is a young, dynamic private equity firm. We launched in May 2021 having recognised a gap in the UK private equity market. We saw an opportunity to work with ambitious management teams of small businesses requiring an equity partner to facilitate a change of ownership and/or support an acquisition strategy.

We are an experienced and focused team, based in Central London. Coniston’s Portfolio now includes: MWA (Financial Services), Masterfix (FM), Equity Networks (IT), FMC (Media) and CRC (Data Consultancy). As a key member of the Coniston team, candidates should expect to have a direct impact on investments from Day One.
