This week we have welcomed our second young person for work experience through Behind Every Kick, a London youth charity that empowers young people by helping them to develop transferable life skills.
The programme primarily uses key insights and motivations from sport, tying in examples from the corporate world, to inspire young people to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally.
This work placement follows on from a Work Readiness workshop that Coniston hosted in partnership with the charity in May.
Natalie Odell, Head of Operations at Coniston, commented “We are pleased and proud to continue working with this innovative charity and have enjoyed getting to know Ruth, having first met her at our workshop. We plan to build on Behind Every Kick’s cornerstones of confidence, teamwork and communication whilst giving her a taste of real life at a Private Equity Firm.”

Ruth is studying for her A-Levels and has a keen interest in finance and accountancy.
