Coniston Capital is delighted to announce the appointments of Alfred Chambers as Principal, Natalie Odell as Head of Operations and Michael Calder as Investment Analyst.
Alfred joins from Cairneagle, where he spent two years as a Strategy Consultant advising on private equity transactions Prior to this, he worked for JCB, undertaking a range of roles including sales, strategy and operations.
Natalie has worked in operations in the financial services industry for ten years, at firms including BGF and Apax. Michael graduated from The University of St Andrews in the summer and initially joined Coniston as an intern.
The new hires follow Coniston’s investment in Masterfix, one of London’s top property maintenance companies. This is the first from Coniston Capital I LP, after a successful first close in July.
