Coniston Capital is pleased to announce that Alfred Chambers and Josh Henshaw have been promoted to Director.
Alfred joined Coniston in October 2021 as a Principal and has worked on several transactions including our investment into Equity Networks in March 2024. Josh joined Coniston in June 2021 as a Principal and worked on our investment into CRC Group and has been working closely with the management team at CRC on their growth strategy post-investment.

Alfred and Josh’s promotion follows Coniston portfolio company Equity Networks acquiring Create IT as part of their ongoing buy & build strategy and Coniston backed FMC securing a funding package from Santander to support their growth plans.
