Coniston Capital is delighted to announce the appointment of Hayden Thomas as an Analyst.
Hayden initially joined Coniston as an intern in January of this year and is the third member of the team to have completed our internship programme. He graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Sheffield in 2021 and holds a Master’s in Finance from University College London.
Hayden joins Coniston from United First Partners where he initially completed an Equity Research Analyst Internship and then went on to work as a Fixed Income Sales Trader for just over a year.

In the last four months, portfolio company FMC has secured a £4m growth capital round from a consortium including Barry Lanesman, Equity Networks has broadened its market presence with their M2 acquisition and MWA has secured a £7.5m funding facility from Frontier Development Capital to help fund further acquisitions.
